If you are experiencing issues accessing or playing the content on Apple TV, please try deleting the Toonix app and then reinstall:
How to delete the Toonix app on your 4th Gen Apple TV
Go to the Home screen and highlight the app.
On Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote hold down the Touch surface or Select until the app starts to jiggle.
Press the Play/Pause button and choose Delete.
How to reinstall the app
If you want to add the app back to the Home screen open the App Store, go to Purchased, find Toonix and install the app again.
